About the Project

As new transit services come online, creating a seamless user experience will be important to building ridership and adoption. Working across different municipalities, transit agencies, and community transportation operators will be critical to make it easy for users to transfer between services and complete longer trips by transit.

Integration between transit services, such as a common user interfaces to manage fares and seamless transfers, will enhance the user experience, build ridership, and make travel more affordable, intuitive, and efficient.
